The Collective is an online membership community designed to support real business growth for solopreneurs through practical tools, expert insights, and genuine connection.
By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership & Access
Your monthly subscription gives you access to the members-only platform, community threads, resources, bite-sized trainings, and live masterclasses.
The Collective is a support and learning space - it’s not a substitute for personalised financial, legal, or business advice.
Please ensure you’ve reviewed what’s included before joining.
All content inside The Collective is for paying members only. You agree not to copy, share, or distribute any materials or discussions outside the group.
2. Pricing, Founders Offer & Billing
From 1 August 2025, new members will join at $21 NZD/month (incl. GST).
Membership is billed automatically each month via your selected payment method.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access will end immediately upon cancellation.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
If you are unable to navigate your account settings, to cancel your membership, please email me at [email protected] so that I can cancel the subscription for you.
3. Free Trial (If Offered)
From time to time, a 7-day free trial may be available to new members.
During the trial, you’ll have full access to the membership platform and community.
If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
Each individual is entitled to one free trial only. Duplicate accounts/emails will not receive additional trials.
4. Promotions & Future Pricing Changes
Occasionally, we may run limited-time promotions or offer bonuses.
Any future pricing changes will be communicated in advance. Existing members will retain their current rate unless otherwise notified.
5. Community Guidelines & Confidentiality
This is a safe, respectful space. We’re here to support each other.
You agree not to share anything posted inside The Collective - this includes resources, personal stories, and business discussions.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior. Breaches of this may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Testimonials & Feedback Use
You may be invited to share a testimonial.
We’ll always ask for your consent and clarify how your name, business, or image may be used.
Public comments, shoutouts, or feedback shared inside the group may be used (with care) for promotional purposes.
7. Content Ownership & Usage
All content, downloads, and masterclasses remain the intellectual property of Help Admin.
You’re welcome to use resources in your own business, but you may not resell, repurpose, or share them externally.
8. Events & Collaboration
We may host online or in-person events from time to time - these are always optional.
9. Disclaimers & Member Responsibility
Your participation is voluntary. Help Admin is not liable for decisions you make or outcomes that result from using the content.
The Collective is a learning platform—not personalised consulting or done-for-you support.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know.
Your continued membership means you accept the latest version of these Terms.
