Step 1: Roadmap

Every build starts with a Strategic Deep Dive.

We’ll map your client journey across all offers, audit your backend, and confirm your tech stack.

You’ll walk away with a clear, detailed implementation plan for your entire business - and from there, choose one core offer to fully build in the next step.

Step 2: Build

I’ll implement the roadmap for your chosen core offer over a 6-week period.

This includes enquiry forms, bookings, documents, invoicing, workflows, pipelines, and more.

You’ll have check-in points for approvals and feedback along the way, so everything reflects how you work and what your business needs.

Step 3: Handover + Support

You'll have a personalised Notion hub to stay up to date with progress, access SOPs, video tutorials, and direct links.

We’ll walk through your new system together in a 90-min Zoom, so you feel confident using it.

Two weeks later, we’ll reconnect for a 45-min check-in to ensure everything's running smoothly.

Do I need to book a Strategic Deep Dive first?

No - every Concierge Systems Build begins with a full Strategic Deep Dive included as part of the project. You don’t need to book it separately.

How long will my Concierge Systems Build take?

Most projects run on a 6-week timeline, which allows us to complete your Strategic Deep Dive, build out the full client journey for your chosen service, test everything, and complete your handover.

Some projects may wrap up a little sooner (around 4–5 weeks) if:

• Your service offering is straightforward (e.g. one 1:1 program)

• You provide documents, templates, and approvals promptly

• There are no scope additions during the build

What exactly gets built in 6 weeks?

We’ll map your entire client journey across all offers - this is the Strategic Deep Dive part of the process.

The complete build is delivered for one core service offering (for example, your 1:1 coaching program or membership). This ensures the setup is robust, detailed, and tested end-to-end.

How much time will I need to commit during the project?

Every Concierge Systems Build starts with a half-day Strategic Deep Dive (around 4 hours), where we map your client journey and set the priorities.

After that, most of the work happens behind the scenes - but your input is still essential. You’ll need to be available for pre-work, approvals, and a couple of check-ins.

On average, clients spend about 8 hours across the 4–6 weeks.

This ensures your systems are built around how you actually work - without you needing to lift a finger on the tech side.

Is a Concierge Systems Build better than Scoped Implementation?

Not “better”, just different.

Concierge is an intensive, high-touch option to get everything done at once.

Scoped Implementation (off the back of a Strategic Deep Dive) spreads the work across 3–5 months and gives you the flexibility to cherry-pick what you want to implement and when.

How do I pay for my Concierge Systems Build?

You'll be invoiced in 3 key stages:

• 40% upfront, to secure your booking.

• 40% at the halfway point (the end of Week 3).

• Balance (including any additional agreed scope) on completion.

What happens after the build?

You’ll maintain access to your personalised Notion hub, with all of the supporting resources.

Handover includes a 90-minute Zoom walkthrough, and a 45-minute follow up two weeks later.

If you’d like ongoing support beyond that, we can explore a retainer.
